Online Registration Coordinator
Non-exempt Full Time
Compensation: starting at $50,000-$60,000 annually for FTE, commensurate with experience
Job Summary
It is the responsibility of the Online Registration Coordinator (ORC) to monitor and assist in the creation, submission, and follow-through of accurate online state filings for nonprofit organizations. The ORC communicates with stakeholders (contractors, coworkers, programmers, managers, and state regulators) to ensure online filings are completed accurately, timely, and efficiently so that charities can focus on their mission, not their paperwork. This position has the opportunity to participate in the creation of enhanced processes and efficient methodologies that ensure customer and state regulator trust in Affinity’s team-based services.
Summary of Essential Job Functions

*For team members hired internally: from now to end of year the position would be hybrid Registration Specialist & Online Coordinator, making #5 50% of the job responsibilities. As of 11/1/2024 #5 would only be left in periods of extreme circumstances and otherwise N/A.

Registration Support Specialist

Job Summary
It is the responsibility of the Registration Support Specialist to review and organize customers' registration-related data and documents, ensuring all requisite information is collected to efficiently and comprehensively submit all compliance filings to the states according to Affinity's streamlined process. As the primary point of contact, the Registration Specialist fosters relationships with nonprofit customers and reinforces trust in Affinity’s team-based services.

It is the responsibility of the Office Support Associate (OSA) to assist in the creation, submission, and follow-through of accurate state filings for nonprofit organizations. The OSA completes the final stages of a multi-part process to ensure charities can focus on their mission, not their paperwork. This position involves completing administrative tasks within set sequences according to Affinity’s streamlined process. Providing accurate data entry work and meeting designated timelines ensures customer and state regulator trust in Affinity’s team-based services.
